WHERE DO WE PLAY?

Fall clinic (October)

Boilermaker Soccer Complex Address: Corner of McCormick Road and Cherry Lane, West Lafayette, IN 47907

WHEN DOES CHECK-IN BEGIN?

Check-in will begin at 9:00 am at the Boilermaker Soccer Complex and will continue until the start of the clinic at 10:00am. From 9:00am – 10:00am the Purdue team will have their post-game practice. We encourage you to check-in early so that you can observe team training and our coaching style.

WILL FOOD BE PROVIDED FOR THE Fall id clinic?

Food will not be provided for campers registered for the Fall ID Clinic. Please feel free to bring extra snack and drinks as needed.

Do I have to attend the game on friday night?

No you do not have to attend the match against the University of Nebraska at 7:00 pm the night prior to the ID Camp. However, our coaching staff HIGHLY recommends you attend so that you can observe our coaching style and style of play as a team.

Winter Clinic Info:

WHERE DO WE CHECK-IN AND WHAT ARE THE TIMES?

WINTER ID CLINIC

AM CLINIC: Check-in will begin at 8:30 am in Mollenkopf Athletic Center. Check-in will continue until the start of the clinic at  9:00 am.

PM CLINIC: Check-in will begin at 1:30 pm in Mollenkopf Athletic Center. Check-in will continue until the start of the clinic at  2:00 pm.

SUMMER CAMPS (June/July)

When does check-in begin?

Check-in for the Future Boilermaker Day Camp at 8:30 am at the Boilermaker Soccer Complex.

Check-in for the Future Boilermaker Night Camp will begin at 4:30 pm at the Boilermaker Soccer Complex.

Check-in for the Elite ID Goalkeeper Academy will begin at 8:00 am at the Boilermaker Soccer Complex.

Check-in for the Elite ID Camp will begin at 9:30 am at the Boilermaker Soccer Complex.

Will food be provided for the Future Boilermaker Camps?

Food will not be provided for campers registered for the Future Boilermaker Day Camp. Please feel free to bring extra snack and drinks as needed. We may bring a frozen treat on the last day of camp as a surprise! Please let us know if your child has any allergies so we can accommodate every camper.

WILL FOOD BE PROVIDED FOR THE ELITE ID CAMP AND ELITE ID GOALKEEPER ACADEMY?

Yes, a boxed lunch will be provided for Elite ID Campers. Please feel free to bring extra snacks and drinks as needed.

What should I pack?

  • Cleats & Shin Guards
  • Soccer Ball
  • Water Bottle
  • Sandals and gym shoes
  • Sun Screen and Bug Spray
  • Extra snacks and drinks as needed

Can my parents come to some of the training sessions?

Of course! In fact, we recommend parents come for the last session of the day so they can experience the Boilermaker Soccer Complex for themselves!

Are there any overnight accommodations?

Both the Future Boilermaker Camps and the Elite ID Camps are day camps, therefore overnight accommodations are not provided. However, hotel information can be provided upon request

Overnight Summer Camp Info: (Advanced Residential Camp & High School Team Camp)

When does check-in begin?

Advanced Residential Camp/High School Team Camp: Check-in will begin at 12:00 PM and end at 2:00 PM. All campers should play to arrive at  Shreve Hall located at 1275 3rd Street, West Lafayette, IN 47906 by 2:00 PM so they can be present for our camp meeting before the first training session.

What dorms are we staying in?

Both the Advanced Residential Camp and the High School Team Camp will be staying in  Shreve Hall located at 1275 3rd Street, West Lafayette, IN 47906. All rooms are air conditioned.

Will food be provided?

Yes, all meals will be provided either through campus dining or through an outside vendor such as Chipotle Mexican Grill or Puccini’s Italian Restaurant. Pizza orders will be available at night after the last session. Be sure to pack extra snacks and drinks as needed.

What should I pack?

  • Enough soccer clothes for five to seven sessions
  • Extra clothing for relaxing in the dorms
  • Cleats & Shin Guards
  • Pillow, linens, blanket
  • Sun Screen and Bug Spray
  • Soccer Ball
  • Water Bottle
  • Money for pizza
  • Sandals and gym shoes
  • Extra snacks and drinks

Where do I go if I’m a commuter?

On the first day of camp, we ask all commuters to check-in at Shreve Hall, but the other days we ask commuters to be dropped off at Boilermaker Soccer Complex before the first session. At the end of the day, commuter campers need to communicate to parents/camp coaches if they want to be picked up after the last session from the field or from the dorms if they want to stay for nighttime camp activities.

CAN HIGH SCHOOL COACHES ATTEND ALL SESSIONS?

Of course! High School coaches can attend and observe every session free of charge. MORE INFORMATION COMING SOON!

Can my parents come to the last session?

Of course! In fact, we recommend parents come so they can experience the Boilermaker Soccer Complex for themselves! Check-out will occur immediately after the last session of camp.

Payment and Fees:

Discounts

early bird DISCOUNT (Summer camps)

All campers can receive a 15% discount on their camp total if they sign up BEFORE February 1st, 2016.

SIBLING DISCOUNT (ADVANCED RESIDENTIAL CAMP)

If two or more players from your family wish to enroll in the Advanced Residential Camp we will offer a 15% discount for each player. Sibling registrations must be in the same cart at checkout to receive the discount. The 15% discount will be automatically deducted at checkout.

John Purdue Club Discount (SUMMER CAMPS)

If you are a member of the John Purdue Club you are eligible for a 15% discount for Summer camps. Please contact coach Katie Baumgardner at [email protected] for promo code information.

Please note: only ONE discount is available per child – either Early Bird, Sibling or John Purdue Club.

Cancellation Fees

faLL ID CLINIC (OCTOBER)

A full refund minus a $25.00 administrative fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least one week prior to the start of the Fall ID Clinic.  Any cancellation received less than one week prior to the start of the clinic will not be eligible for refund. No exceptions.

WINTER ID CLINIC (MARCH)

A full refund minus a $25.00 administrative fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least one week prior to the start of the Winter ID Clinic.  Any cancellation received less than one week prior to the start of the clinic will not be eligible for refund. No exceptions.

SUMMER CAMPS (June/July)

A full refund minus a $50.00 administrative fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least one week prior to the start of the clinic.  Any cancellation received less than one week prior to the start of the clinic will not be eligible for refund. No exceptions.
