Purdue is on Eastern Time.
Camp Check-In
All campers can check in on Sunday between 2:30 PM and 4 PM at Schwartz Tennis Center. Overnight campers will be able to check in to Hillenbrand Hall dorm between 3-4 pm. There will be an orientation meeting for overnight campers in the dorm at 4 pm.
Day and Extended Day campers will depart that evening at 9 pm from Schwartz after dinner and evening practice session.
Camp Ends
Camp graduation will be at 4:30 pm on Thursday. Parents and family are encouraged to attend. Camper check out will be at 5:15 pm at Schwartz Tennis Center. Overnight campers will check out of their dorm between 5:30-6:30 pm.

Spending Money
We recommend $50 for the week to cover additional snacks and/or souvenirs.
Lost Key/Meal Card
There will be a $70 fine for lost dorm key or meal cards.
Refund Policy
All refunds are subject to a $40 processing fee. Refunds will be granted if the request is received in writing no later than June 1, 2015 for the Tournament Players Camp or July 13, 2015 for High School Camp.
Roommates
Campers stay two per room and are assigned by age and roommate requests. Please contact the camp director for any special requests. If you have a roommate request and have not already given it to us, please do so no later than 14 days prior to the start of camp. If you don’t have a roommate request, you will be placed in a room with someone near your age. It will be a great opportunity to meet someone new! Campers are under constant supervision as coaches/staff live with them while they’re at camp.
What To Bring
Below is a suggested list of clothing, equipment and personal items each camper should bring. Purdue University and PG Academy are not responsible for lost or stolen articles or money. DO NOT bring valuable itesms such as radios, cameras, iPods, etc. We recommend that you do not send unnecessary items of clothing, which can get lost, and that you label every article of clothing and equipment.
- Top – 6 t-shirts/shirts
- Bottom – 6 skirts/shorts
- Tennis racket(s) labled
- Tennis shoes (1-2 pairs; No running shoes; non-marking shoes are required; tennis specific)
- 6-8 pairs of socks
- Casual clothes
- Pajamas/underwear
- Sun block and/or hat/visor
- Water bottle
- Toilet/personal items, including insect repellent
- Laundry bag
- Bath towels
- Regular size fan (non-AC rooms)
