Lonnie Greene Head Coach
Rolando Greene was named the head coach of the Purdue men's and women's track and field and cross country teams on July 3, 2012. Greene came to Purdue from the University of Arkansas where he worked with the women's program for 16 seasons. Most recently, he was the associate head coach in charge of sprints, hurdles, horizontal jumps and multi events. He was named the USTFCCCA South Central Region Assistant Coach of the Year in 2011 and 2012.
At Purdue, Greene has led 19 Boilermakers to 35 All-America Honors, with 21 First Teamers, 10 Second Teamers and four Honorable Mention honorees. By year, Greene in 2014-15 had 12 First Teamers, a Seoncd Teamer and two Honorable Mentions, in 2013-14 had had four first teamers and four second teamers and in 2012-13 he had five first teamers, five second teamers and two honorable mention honorees. For his career, Greene has coached 48 different individuals to 130 All-America honors.
Norbert Elliott Associate Head Coach - Men's Sprints/Hurdles/Relays
Norbert Elliott joined the Purdue staff in August 2012 with over 20 years of experience with major division I universities.
"Coach Elliott brings many elements to the table. He has a worldwide recruiting base and is excellent at identifying and evaluating talent," said head coach Lonnie Greene. Angela Elliott Assistant Coach - Sprints/Hurdles/Relays

Angela (Goodman) Elliott returns to her alma mater after head coaching jobs at the University of Connecticut, Michigan State University, Olivet College, Syracuse and Yale. Most recently, she worked at Olivet College, in Olivet, Mich., where she was a student retention and academic advisor, 2008 to 2013, as well as the head coach of the men's and women's track and field and cross country teams from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that stint, Elliott was the director of women's track and field and cross country at Michigan State. With the Spartans, she led numerous Big Ten Champions and NCAA All-Americans. Under Elliott, Michigan State's program doubled in size because of her hard work in coaching and recruiting. She was with Michigan State from 1998 to 2006.
Chris Huffins Assistant Coach - Jumps/Multi-Events

Chris Huffins came to Purdue as the jumps and multi-events coach after spending a year at Clemson where he was an assistant coach. There, he helped coach seven ACC champions in events including the heptathlon, weight throw, 400m dash and the 4x400m relay. While at Clemson, Huffins helped individuals break the men's high jump school record, the women's school and ACC record in the weight throw and the women's team to a top-10 finish in indoor and outdoor seasons.
Jeff Kent Assistant Coach - Men's/Women's Distance

He comes from a very strong pedigree and he has an understanding of what it takes to get our cross country and distance programs going. Jeff Kent began as the assistant cross country and track and field coach on Aug. 14, 2014. He joined the Purdue staff after spending five years at the University of Arkansas as director of operations for the women's track and field program.
Keith McBride Assistant Coach - Throws
Keith McBride became the Purdue men's and women's throws coach in August 2011 after spending seven years in the same position at Marshall University.
In four years working as the throws coach at Purdue, McBride has proven himself as one of the most elite throws coaches in the nation. He has had at least two qualified entries in six of the eight NCAA Championships, indoors and out, since he joined the Boilermaker staff. He has had an athlete compete at every NCAA Championship during his tenure at Purdue.
